| 背景资料 | NFL 是神经丝蛋白家族的重要成员,为神经元轴突中主要的结构性中间丝蛋白,广泛分布于中枢和外周神经系统的神经元。其核心功能是维持轴突的形态结构与机械稳定性,支撑轴突直径的维持及神经冲动的高效传导,对神经元正常功能至关重要。病理状态下,NFL 是神经元损伤的特异性生物标志物:当神经元轴突受损(如创伤、炎症、退行性病变)时,NFL 会从轴突释放到脑脊液,进而入血。其水平升高与多种神经系统疾病密切相关,如阿尔茨海默病、帕金森病、多发性硬化、创伤性脑损伤等,可通过检测血液或脑脊液中 NFL 浓度,评估神经损伤程度、疾病进展及治疗效果。目前,NFL 作为无创性神经损伤监测指标,在临床诊断和研究中应用广泛,为神经退行性疾病的早期干预提供依据 |
